The Chin Is In

It’s hard to keep a low profile when it comes to the latest treatments available at South Bay Plastic Surgeons, and we’re excited to share them with you! You may have heard that 2016 is expected to be the “year of the chin”, and we’ve already seen an increase in requests for non-surgical treatments that reduce the so-called “double chin.” To meet these demands, our office is pleased to introduce:

• KYBELLA®: This newly FDA-approved injectable treatment is fast becoming a household name for reduction of submental fullness. It works by gradually and permanently eliminating unwanted fat cells that can be due to genetics or become more problematic with age or weight gain. KYBELLA treatments are priced at $600/syringe.

• CoolSculpting® CoolMini™: CoolSculpting, a popular procedure for non-surgical fat reduction in trouble spots such as the tummy, hips, and arms, has received the stamp of approval from the FDA for its new CoolMini applicator. This new treatment also treats small pockets of fat underneath the chin without surgery or downtime.

We’re Expanding!

We’re happy to report that construction has begun on our new office and surgery center just two blocks west of our Torrance location, at 3640 Lomita Boulevard. Our new, state-of-the-art surgery facility will focus on aesthetic surgical procedures only, such as breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and facelift.

We have big plans for our current location. It will house our dedicated medical day spa with more treatments and providers than ever before. Once our move is complete, you will be invited to a fantastic open house. Stay tuned for more information and be sure to like us on Facebook for updates!
