Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 167

This is a 59 year old female who came to our office to discuss bilateral removal and replacement of her breast implants. After a  breast augmentation in 2002 using 400cc saline implants, she presented to our office complaining of rippling.  She wanted to be slightly fuller and, despite the grade II ptosis, did not want a standard breast lift as she didn't want further external scars.  After consulting with our surgeon, her implants were removed as were the capsules on both sides, the surgeon performed an internal lift to slightly raise the nipples, and the implants were repalced with slightly larger Allergan smooth silicone implants.  The patient is overjoyed, as is her husband, and couldn’t be happier with the end result.
