Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 251

This is a 37 year old female patient who presented to our office to address concerns she had with her breasts after having 2 previous breast surgeries with surgeons outside our practice. This patient was unhappy with the shape of her breasts, had developed capsular contracture, and wanted to increase the size of her implants. She underwent a bilateral removal and replacement of implants. The patient had Mentor Moderate Plus Profile 400cc implants that we exchanged for Sientra High Profile 505cc implants. These implants were placed under the muscle through an incision under her breasts. Photos were taken three months post op.
