Breast Lift Before & After Case 109

This is a patient who wasn't happy with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen.  She had baker grade 4 capsular contractures as well as assymetrical breasts.  She wanted to have her breast implants removed and also improve her assymetry.  She was also looking to improve the contour of her abdomen.  For the breasts, the doctor removed both implants and performed bilateral  capsulectomies, (removed the scar tissue that was left in the pockets).  The doctor also performed bilateral mastopexies to lift the breasts and correct the assymetry.  For the abdomen, the doctor performed a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty to remove the excess skin and tighten up the underlying muscles.  This patient is extremely pleased with her results.
