Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 159

This is a 46 year old female patient who was diagnosed with a 10cm right breast cancer with multiple positive lymph nodes. She elected to have bilateral mastectomies. After an in-depth discussion of her reconstruction options, the patient decided to proceed with bilateral DIEP flaps using her abdominal tissue; leaving her with a smaller but symmetrical look.

Three months later, the patient returned for right nipple reconstruction and liposuction of her flanks with fat transfer to her chest to help contour both breasts. A month later, she met with our talented tattoo artist for right areolar tattoo. She couldn’t be happier with her great result
